The Photo Session That Never Was

What do you do when your children have adorable new fall outfits?  You take fall pictures.

Well not if your camera battery is dead, you don't.

That was our recent adventure.  I snapped a few quick photos with my phone though.  Before I get to those, though, I thought I would share WHY the camera battery is dead and I didn't know.

Yep, here is the culprit.  Loads of self portraits, shots of her sister, and of the "Playing School" set up.

Here are the few I snapped with my iPhone.

I think the battery also was dead to protect Colton's life :)  He was not in the mood to sit still.  He wanted to run and play.  I couldn't be frustrated if I couldn't take a picture!

We ended the evening with fro-yo.  It removed the sting of the dead battery.
